This is a very special event where Ceremonial Cacao Ireland organises a beautiful Nature walk that is available to any fitness level. It`s an event where the community can get together, people can connect to each as well as to the beautiful nature in Howth. Caroline from Ceremonial Cacao Ireland have been passionate about introducing the healing effect of the Ceremonial Grade Cacao to many people. She has been kind to provide us with beautiful cacao so we can warm up at the end of the walk. We will offer at the end of the walk to drink this beautiful heart medicine with us in a circle and enjoy a short mindful meditation and experience the ceremonial way of drinking this ancient Mayan plant medicine. This is a free event, but spaces are limited so if for whatever reason you can`t make it ensure to cancel so someone else can take your space. The walk will be easy to mild so you can take it at your phase. We recommend bringing water with you and comfortable shoes that you don’t mind if they get a little muddy. Bring Your Yoga mat or anything that you are comfortable to sit on at the end or maybe offer to share it with someone – Sharing is caring after all! You will be able to leave this in the car park of the GAA club where we will return for the cacao and meditation at the end of the walk. For the gathering at the end bring along your favourite Mug as in the Mayan traditions they had a very special mug for the cacao only.
